The school offers a curriculum that is broad and balanced. The curriculum and qualifications are well planned and focus on a young persons personal and employability skills. The young people are taught and work in very small groups allowing staff to quickly spot and correct any errors or misconceptions. A strong emphasis is placed on improving pupils’ self-esteem and confidence, that prepares them well for future learning their knowledge. Consequently, staff assess pupils progress daily using session logs.
