Reporting to: Head of School

We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and welcoming Office Administrator to join our dedicated school team. This is a key role at the heart of the school, combining general administration, reception duties, attendance monitoring, finance support, and SEND administration.


The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external professionals, playing an essential part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office while supporting our safeguarding and inclusion priorities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing efficient administrative support across the school
  • Managing reception and handling telephone and in-person enquiries
  • Monitoring and reporting on student attendance
  • Supporting finance administration and school communications
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and staff training
  • Providing administrative support for SEND provision, including EHCP processes
  • Liaising with parents/carers, local authorities and external agencies
  • Supporting safeguarding procedures and ensuring secure visitor management

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous administrative experience (school-based experience desirable)
  • Has experience or understanding of SEND administration and EHCP processes
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Has strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Can prioritise workload and work calmly under pressure
  • Understands confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection requirements
  • Is a positive team player committed to supporting children and young people
